She has received extensive training from experienced permanent makeup artists and microblading artists across the U.S. She has attended in depth, hands-on training classes at elite permanent makeup training centers, such as: Brow Envy Ohio and 5 Star Academy.

She is very focused and driven, and pays close attention to detail. Rebecca always listens to her clients’ needs and will ensure you have the best permanent makeup to enhance your natural beauty!

​Rebecca is also certified in First Aid, CPR, and Blood Borne Pathogens as deemed necessary for tattoo artists by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). Forever Brows & Beauty is an Accredited Business under the Better Business Bureau.
